PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Fantasy Football Fellas collects the information you provide when you create an account (email address, display name) and the data Stripe shares when you subscribe (billing identifiers, subscription state). We use that information to run your account, deliver the service you paid for, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Product analytics

We run our own usage analytics on our own servers. There is no third-party analytics vendor, no advertising SDK, and no tracking across other apps or websites. We measure which pages and tools get used so we know what to build and what to retire.

  • What we record: the page pattern you visited, which tool or ranking page you opened, whether you started or completed a checkout, your platform (web, iOS, Android), the referring site’s hostname, and your subscription level at the time (no account, free, PRO or ELITE). Never the full URL, never query strings, never your IP address, and never your email.
  • How you are identified: you are not. We do not use analytics cookies and we store no account identifier with these events — not your id, not an email, not a hash of either. A random session identifier is held in your browser’s session storage and rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity, which is what lets us count visits without knowing whose they are.
  • Where we collect: United States traffic only. Requests from outside the US are dropped without being recorded.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Sec-GPC signal we drop the request and record nothing.

Individual events are deleted after 90 days. Aggregate daily and monthly counts, which contain no identifiers of any kind, are retained indefinitely so we can compare seasons.

Because these events carry no account identifier, they cannot be traced back to you by us or by anyone else — there is nothing in them to link. Deleting your account therefore leaves nothing behind to erase, and every individual event is deleted within 90 days regardless.

League sync (Sleeper)

If you link a Sleeper fantasy league to your account, we fetch and store data about that league from Sleeper’s public API: the league’s name and settings, its rosters and standings, its matchups, and — for every team in the league — the Sleeper display name and team name of that team’s owner. That last part means we store the public Sleeper names of your league-mates, who may not be Fantasy Football Fellas users themselves. All of it is information Sleeper already makes publicly available for any public league; we never ask for and cannot receive anyone’s Sleeper password or private account data.

  • Linking is something you choose to do, and which team is “yours” is your own claim — Sleeper offers no way to verify it, so we treat it as the team your account chose to follow, nothing more.
  • When the last account unlinks a league, everything we stored about that league — including your league-mates’ names — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Deleting your account removes your link immediately; the league data follows the same 30-day cleanup if no one else has it linked.
  • League sync covers the current NFL season only.

What we collect

  • Account: email, display name, optional avatar
  • Subscription: Stripe customer ID, subscription tier and status, current period end date
  • Usage: forum posts, comments, saved custom rankings and draft boards (PRO)
  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) retained 30 days for security and debugging

Third-party services

  • Supabase: authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Vercel: web hosting
  • Upstash: rate limiting
  • Sleeper API: public NFL player metadata and, if you link a league, that league’s public data (see League sync above)

Your rights

You can view, export, or permanently delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, subscription, forum activity, and saved boards are removed.
